Our INORCOAT coating systems utilize in-house magnetron sputtering cathodes, HiPIMS, cathodic arc deposition and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD).

INORCOAT deposition systems are equipped with an efficient, flexible and specific gas control system that provides various options for mixing and distributing the process gases in the vacuum chamber.
